Integrative Reflex Therapy

90-Minute Mind–Body Therapeutic Sessions

Integrative Reflex Therapy is a structured 90-minute therapeutic session that brings together mental health practice and reflexology-based body work within a professionally held therapeutic setting.

The service is delivered by a qualified mental health practitioner with substantial experience in therapeutic work. Reflexology is incorporated as a formal component of the therapeutic approach, supporting physiological regulation and emotional release within a contained therapeutic space.

The service integrates body-based treatment with psychological understanding in one coordinated session.

Each appointment is delivered within a clear therapeutic framework while remaining responsive to the client’s presentation and process in the moment. The session provides a professionally held space to explore, process, and map internal experience while the reflexology work supports physical and emotional release. The treatment is guided by clinical judgement and client state, working with the body’s flow rather than a fixed routine. The emphasis is on facilitating release, settling, and integration according to individual need at that time.

Sessions are delivered within a psychologically informed and ethically grounded therapeutic framework. The practitioner’s mental health background informs assessment, pacing, boundaries, and therapeutic attunement throughout the session.

Reflexology techniques are applied as part of an integrated therapeutic intervention aimed at supporting nervous system settling, stress reduction, and embodied awareness. The work is contained, purposeful, and clinically informed.

This work is designed to be progressive in order to support change in both mind and body and therefore requires a commitment to a minimum number of sessions.
